Tenang

calm

A weekly space to put things down — and be heard.

Our days get heavy sometimes.

Tenang is a weekly circle, forty-five minutes, held for whoever needs somewhere to put down what the week has accumulated.

You'll write about whatever's still on your mind. Then, in pairs, you'll be listened to. Really listened to. No fixing, no advice — just someone holding space for what you said, and asking one honest question back.

How it works

Write
Twelve minutes, whatever's still on your mind.

Reflect
A short pause, to notice what came up.

Be heard
In pairs, no fixing — just one question back.

That's the whole shape of it — repeated, week after week, for as long as you need it.

Every Thursday, 9:00–9:45pm (MYT) · On Zoom

What this costs

RM120 a month gets you in.

Come when you need it, skip the weeks you can't. Every Thursday in the month is included; the occasional month with five simply means an extra session you're already booked in for.

Your first session is only RM1.
